Marie-Lisa is a Clinical Psychologist (registration no. PSY 0001388356). She is a longstanding member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and a Member of The Clinical College of the APS. She is also a Member of the Anxiety Practitioners Network and an approved Clinical Psychology Supervisor with the Psychology Board Australia.
Marie-Lisa completed her Honours in Psychology in 2007 and a Master of Clinical Psychology in 2009. Her research to date has focused on the changes in cognitive functioning during pregnancy and the sleep patterns in older adults. She has clinical experience working with adolescence and adults in private practice and hospital settings.
Marie-Lisa provides clinical supervision to Provisional Psychologists and Registered Psychologists.
Marie-Lisa is a warm, intuitive, and empathic therapist. She is passionate about helping people improve their mental health. She believes therapy is a supportive space for clients to uncover their full potential and learn to live more meaningful and fulfilled lives. She works collaboratively with her clients to put together a plan for their treatment. She is trained in a wide variety of evidence-based therapies and will select the therapy strategies to suit the individual client needs.
